The website madeirasuntravel.com belongs to the local accommodation management company, Madeira Sun Travel and aims to mediate local accommodation stays and the practice of experiences in the Region of Madeira, namely, in the islands of Madeira and Porto Santo.
Madeira Sun travel is freely available to Guests from anywhere in the world under this Terms and Conditions agreement.
All accommodations have been previously checked (location, features and amenities) in order to avoid possible fraud or illegalities
- Availability and use of content and services
The use of the services provided by madeirasuntravel.com is personal only to the user. You may be an individual, a company, or other form of business entity. You agree not to assign or make any commercial use of the Service without the express consent of madeirasuntravel.com. This includes, the sharing of information, partial or total copying of the content posted on the website or reproduction any of the material present in madeirasuntravel.com.

- Price list
Madeira Sun Travel reserves the right to modify the price of the Services and Accommodations at any time. However, the amounts contained in each reservation will always be invoiced for the amounts in force on the date of booking registration. All amounts are added to the vat rate in force on their date and on their service. The late check-ins (after 10.00p.m.) have an extra cost of 20 euros to be paid directly to the host in cash at the check in time.
- Responsibility
The user by reading and accepting these general conditions agrees with the described.
The user is responsible for the veracity of all information provided at the time of booking (number of adult occupants, baby children, if applicable, existence or not of pets, among others), and undertakes to comply with the specific conditions of the accommodation agreed in the date of the reservation. Failure to comply with this condition grants madeirasuntravel the right not to accept check-in or to discontinue the stay at any time without the right to return amounts already paid.
The user must remain communicable and available to meet Requests from Madeira Sun Travel within the scope of their reservation and stay.
Madeira Sun Travel is responsible for verifying compliance with the conditions set out in the booking procedure.
Madeira Sun Travel is responsible for the information (features, amenities, prices, booking and cancellation arrangements, etc.) regarding accommodation sits.
Madeira Sun travel undertakes to honor the commitments resulting from confirmed and effective reservations made to the user.
- Liability for damages
The user is responsible for losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any nature, directly or indirectly caused by, resulting from, or related to, his/her stay, and must immediately inform Madeira Sun travel in the event of its occurrence. If the user refuse to take responsibility, madeira sun travel may use the competent authorities to assert your rights and duties.
Madeira Sun Travel is not responsible for any incident occurring during the trip and / or during the stay, nor to losses, damages, costs or expenses of any nature, directly or indirectly caused by, resulting from, or related to the user's stay to the accommodation booked, during the period of the stay or beyond.

- Reservations
A reservation is considered effective or confirmed upon receipt the respective proof of payment by the Traveler identified with the respective reference.

- General Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or any other change of conditions under the reservation must be immediately communicated to Madeira Sun travel by email: info@madeirasuntravel.com.
There will be NO RETURNS of the amounts paid, if the customer voluntarily gives up the services or the booking, from the check-in day (NO SHOW) until the end of the stay.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the check-in day, there will be NO REFUND of the amount paid, with no possibility of rebooking.
If the cancellation of the booking is made more than 30 days from the check-in date, there will be NO REFUND of the amount paid, with the possibility of REBOOKING, depending on the availability of the accommodation.
Since the new booking is less than the first time, there will be no refund of the amount unless there is agreement between the parties for this purpose.
Being the new booking in a time of superior value, the customer must pay the difference.
- Interruption or modification of the provision of services
If unexpected situations arise and not attributable to Madeira Sun Travel, resulting in the accommodation not being able to receive guests, Madeira Sun travel will make available to the customer another accommodation with equal or superior characteristics, without refund by any of the parties.
- Changes in conditions
Madeira Sun Travel reserves the right to change and correct the terms and conditions at any time. Any correction will always be available on this website and valid immediately after posting on our website. The continued use of the website implies in accordance with any change in the terms and conditions.
