The property is located 0 m from funchal centro city, 180 m from Kampo by chef Júlio Pereira from the restaurant, 210 m from Armazéns do sal from the restaurant, 300 m from Modelo continente seminário supermarket, 7 km from Palheiro Golf golf course, 7 km from Praia formosa rock beach, 16 km from Aquaparque water park, 18 km from Aeroporto da Madeira airport, 22 km from Praia de machico sand beach, 29 km from Parque natural da Madeira nature reserve. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood in the center of the city.
