Conveniently, the Private Hospital is at about 3 minutes ride from the accommodation should you ever need medical assistance.
To rent a car is the best option to explore not only the city but the rest of the island and when staying in this accommodation you can safely park the car in the buildings garage or in case you need, in the free parking in the surroundings of the building.
At only about a 5 minutes ride you have one of the best shopping centres in Madeira, the sunny Formosa beach and the lovely promenade just by the sea.
At the end of the promenade, you have the so famous and picturesque Câmara de Lobos bay. This town is one of the most iconic municipalities of Madeira due to its typical gastronomy, natural beauties and pleasant climate.
When talking of Câmara de Lobos we cannot forget about the imposing Cabo Girão, the second highest sea cliff in the world just above the almost mythical fajã dos Padres.

This incredible accommodation is located in a luxury residential complex about 500 metres from the centre of Funchal. In addition to its beautiful surroundings this accommodation also offers access to the condominium's private pool and gym (in the same building and available for an extra fee).
The flat is very well lit due to its sun exposure granted by the generous balcony. This is ideal for meals, leisure or even for a nice time outside. The balcony is common to both the master bedroom, living room and also to the laundry area and kitchen.
The master bedroom is ideal for a couple as it has a queen size bed and plenty of storage space. The living room can accommodate an adult or even two children. Still in this area we have a small and practical dining area. The only existing bathroom is accessible for every client when staying here with us.
Finally the kitchen is fully equipped and prepared so that you have a very comfortable stay. Coffee machine, dishwasher and oven are just some of the features you will find here. To help you with your daily chores, the accommodation has a laundry room with washing machine, iron and clothesline.
When visiting Madeira Island we always advise you to rent a car as you can easily explore the whole Island. For your safety, the accommodation offers a parking space in the building's garage and also several free parking spaces in the surrounding area if you have family or friends visiting.
If you choose not to rent a car, you will find a bus stop at about 70 meters from the apartment that connects directly to the city centre.
Funchal is a must visit for all those who come to the Island as you have the colourful Lavradores Market, the famous Old Town and also the pleasant Avenida do Mar.
But Madeira doesn't stop at Funchal. With such a central location you can easily visit other areas of the island, such as the romantic area of Monte, the picturesque town of Câmara de Lobos or the inviting Lido area.
If you want to explore the greenest part of the island, you can't miss Rabaçal, where you will find the emblematic Levada das 25 Fontes, Ribeiro Frio known as the heart of the Laurissilva or even Ponta de São Lourenço, the most arid and dry area as it is the oldest part of Madeira.
