The common terrace of the building is the ideal place for you to see the famous fire work show of the New Year’s eve, classified by the Guiness World Records as “The Biggest Fire Work show in the World”.

In the City View, our guests can enjoy a well rested stay with an easy access to the city centre with several facilities in the area, such as restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and coffeee shops. In case you wish, Madeira Sun Travel also provides you some assistance in booking rent-a-cars, excursions and other services.
In a distance of 3km, 5 minutes with a car, you will be in one of the biggest shopping centres of Madeira Island: La Vie shoppings centre, Madeira Shopping or Forúm Madeira where you will find a wide range of servises like supermarkets, restaurants, cinema, clothing shops and more.
